2025 Litters

I am working on my breeding plans for 2025 and I am keeping a Waiting List for those litters. 

I expect to have litters of Miniature Schnauzers, Toy Schnoodles (Miniature Schnauzer x Toy Poodle), F1b Toy Schnoodles (Toy Schnoodle x Miniature Schnauzer), Boozers (Miniature Schnauzer x Biewer Terrier), Biewdles (Toy Poodle x Biewer Terrier) and Tiny BieChi (Biewer Terrier x Chihuahua) pups. 

My Miniature Schnauzer litters will include typical schnauzer colours such as Pepper Salt, Black & Silver, Solid Black, Black Abstract, White and hopefully one or two parti pups (mainly white with coloured patches) plus I also will have my rarer chocolate brown (known as Liver in the Schnauzer world) colours such as Solid Liver, Liver & Tan, Liver Pepper and Parti Liver.  

Mini Schnauzers are Intelligent, clean, loving and loyal, fabulous companions for single person or families. They are also considered to be hypoallergenic, although I do know some people can be irritated by the slightly harsher coat of the pepper/salt. My schnauzers include my imported USA/EU breeding lines who have a much softer, thicker coat than typical UK bred schnauzers so my pups from those breeding lines are even more suitable for allergy sufferers with their softer coats. My Liver breeding dogs also carry the smaller "toy" lines from the USA, so some of my pups are smaller "toy" sized (ie. UK bred Min Schnauzers average 7-9kg whereas my "toy" Min Schnauzers average 5-6kg)

My Toy Schnoodles (Miniature Schnauzer x Toy Poodle) and F1b Toy Schnoodles (Toy Schnoodle x Miniature Schnauzer) could be a variety of colours from white through to black, with cream, parti, tricolour, sable, fawn etc in between. Toy Schnoodles are Loyal and Empathetic, perfect little therapy dogs, especially good with children who may have confidence issues and need a special pal. And, they have perfect non-shedding coats for allergy sufferers to boot.

I hope to breed for at least 2 x litters of Boozers during 2025. 2024 was yet another successful year for my Boozers and there was not a single allergy symptom to them at all from any visitors/new owners, even from severe allergy sufferers, which I am delighted about. People are even starting to recognise them in the street as Boozers, which is fabulous, I am so proud of them. I hope to have blacks and chocolates and tricolours during 2025. They are fabulous little companions, very loving and loyal and friendly. I have had a couple of Boozer pups during 2024 go off to their new homes with a view to learning agility, although a small breed, they are robust and solid and it is a fabulous way to help them run off their Biewer energy, they have a huge zest for life. 

I will only have 2 x Tiny BieChi litters during 2025. They could be any colour or pattern but are typically parti (mainly white with black or chocolate patches) or could be black tricolour or black abstract but I do also breed chocolates, sables and brindles. BieChi are perfect tiny little companions. The longer coated BieChis are hypoallergenic, the smoother coated BieChi that take on the Chihuahua genetics more than the Biewer Terrier, can shed a little so may not be suitable for allergy sufferers or people that don't like shedding dogs (although the benefit is that they do not require regular trips to the groomers). 

I will only have 1 x litter of Biewdles (Toy Poodle x Biewer Terrier) during 2025. They will most likely be Black, Black Tricolour, Black Abstract or Chocolate Tricolour. Fabulous hypoallergenic Qualities, great playmate for children or the retired. They have fabulous, cheeky personalities and love everybody, with a beautiful thick, soft poodle type coat and a spring in their step.

If you would like to be added to my Waiting List for a 2025 Puppy, please complete my Puppy Application Form in the first instance so that I can learn more about you and the home life that you are offering. Finding the most suitable homes for my pups is my priority.

Before they leave me, all of my pups will be fully vaccinated and able to go outdoors and mingle with other dogs straight away by the time that they leave me at 11 weeks of age. They will also be vet checked twice and microchipped.  

1. They will be bred from parents who have both been DNA tested for over 200+ Health, Genetic traits and Diversity markers as well as Breed Specific conditions
2. Raised using Puppy Culture Protocols (Early Neurological Stimulation, Early Scent Introduction, Sound Desensitisation, Textures & Levels introductions)
3. Will be Insured for the first month in their new home
4. Will be wormed regularly from 2/3 weeks of age and flea protected.
5. I provide a Comprehensive Puppy Pack which includes Puppy Sales Contract & Receipt of payment, a Veterinary signed vaccination card, Microchip transfer documentation, Pet Insurance Policy documentation, Personalised Worming & Flea Protection Records, I also provide follow on Worming & Flea Protection Products for your first month, Personalised Diet sheet, Advice Sheets, bag of dry food that pup has been raised onto, wet food, blanket with scent of mother and siblings, favourite toys, honey etc...  

Potential new owners who are accepted onto my waiting list are given priority pick of the available pups, based on their position on my waiting list and also based on personal preferences (gender/colour/breed/personal puppy requirements) before any remaining pups are then listed on my website. Once you have been accepted onto my waiting list, I will keep you informed of news as I have it in terms of when my girls come into season, when they are bred, ultrasound scan results, once the pups are born and then the progress and development of the pups. Once born, I provide each person waiting with a timeline of events, ie. date for viewing, dates for vet checks and vaccinations, collection date). I offer each person waiting on a particular litter/s the opportunity to come along to my home to view the pups with their mother and siblings once they have reached at least 6 weeks of age. Once a new owner has picked and reserved their new puppy, I go on to provide my comprehensive advice pack which contains lots of help on setting up home and everything involved with raising your pup, including a detailed shopping list and also details about insurance, vaccinations, flea protection, worming, feeding, diet, training, and crate training etc. My new owners tend to have pretty much everything to hand that they need to know about as I provide a lot of information which is especially targeted at first time puppy owners, which helps you to prepare for your new arrival as well as what to expect once the pup has "landed". It is also very useful for experienced puppy/dog owners as there is no harm in a refresher, every day is a learning day as they say. 

Once the pups have been born I will also add the details of each pup, along with pictures and links to their own individual online photo albums so that you can watch your pup grow and develop. 

I am located in the South West of Scotland within the very beautiful Dumfries and Galloway countryside.

• I DO NOT "ship" my pups outside of the UK

• I fully expect my new puppy owners to collect their pup from me in person from my home so that I can meet you in person and so that you can see your pup in the environment that they have been born and raised in, and you can meet your new pup alongside their mother and siblings. I will not offer to deliver my pups to you, and I will not arrange to meet up with you away from my home. I expect all new owners to travel to my home to collect their pup in person, however if it is absolutely not possible for you to travel due to the long distance (I have placed my pups into their new homes from afar afield as Shetland - Jersey and many locations in between) or having no transport, please drop me a line to discuss this further as we may be able to look into Professional Defra Licensed Pet Courier options.

My Pups are sold as Companion Pets only, and are not for Showing or Breeding purposes, although I am sure would take first prize in any puppy contest they were entered into🐶(and some have! 🥰) and some are fabulous on Agility ‍courses too. Some of my pups have also previously gone on to become PAT Therapy dogs as they have such fabulous temperaments, for which I am very proud. One of my little dogs, Heidi, a Biewer Terrier is also currently the Holyrood Dog of the Year 2024 organised by the Kennel Club and The Dogs Trust ️🎗️🍾🥰😁

My Puppy Sales Contract contains a non-breeding, spay/neuter/castration clause. If it is your intention to breed from your puppy at a later date, EVEN IF JUST FOR ONE LITTER!!! please advise me of this intention in your Puppy Application Form so that we can discuss this further. Honesty is the best policy!!! 

My Priority is Health & Temperament for the Perfect Family Pet
I am a Professional, Qualified, Licensed & Registered Dog Breeder with over 25 years experience.

I specialise in pure and mixed breeds that are likely to be hypo-allergenic and therefore suitable for people who have allergies to dogs. I am inflicted with animal allergies and I know how frustrating it is, and also know that there is not a great deal of choice and variety when looking for a hypo-allergenic puppy, nor is there a great deal of sympathy or assistance for the allergy sufferer. I have been working with pedigree and mixed breeds for many years now which are suitable for allergy sufferers and I look to help fill that gap! 

My Kennel Affix is "SedgysMiniMe", and my Breeding Licence Reference is 001673 "With All My Heart" via the Dumfries and Galloway Council.

I have also been a Licensed Microchip Implanter for many years and all of my pups are microchipped by me before they leave.

All of my pups are conceived, whelped & reared within my home, without exception, and with 24/7 care, many years experience and full veterinary support.

All of my breeding dogs have been DNA tested for over 200+ Health, Genetic traits and Diversity markers as well as Breed Specific conditions. I have file upon file of health results which can be viewed at my home on request if required.

My Miniature Schnauzers are also DNA health tested Clear or are hereditary clear (bred from 2 DNA clear parents) for MAC (a Priority Health test requirement of the Kennel Club) aswell as Myotonia Congenita, Type B1 PRA, CMT,  Spondylocostal Dysotosis, PMDS, Neuroaxonal dystrophy,  Thrombopathia 3, Bleeding disorder  P2RY12 def., Cystinuria, type I - A - 1,   Hyperuricemia (HUU) and CMR1 . All Health Certificates available to view at my home on request when viewing or collecting your pup.

My Toy Poodles are also DNA tested "Clear" for PRA-Prcd & vWD Type 1 which are breed specific health issues.

All of my breeding dogs are also DNA colour tested, this is so that I can breed for specific colours and patterns in my pups if required, but also it allows me to protect future generations from breeding colour markers together that can be dangerous if bred together (ie. breeding parti x parti can result in blind or deaf pups, merle x merle can produce fatal genes). I am very proud to say that NONE of my dogs are merle or carry the Merle genetics. Knowing in advance which colours and patterns my dogs carry, as well as other health and trait markers that can go on to affect future generations with regards size, conformation, colour, pattern and type of coat (for hypoallergenic qualities) etc. I can be confident that I responsibly partner my dogs to ensure that no progeny will be afflicted with fatal or incompatible genetics. Breeding dogs, whether for pure pedigree or mixed breed litters, is not just a case of putting 2 dogs together, there is much more to it than that. Breeding should be moderated and undertaken with care and reassurances. I personally ensure that all of my pairings are bred together responsibly and ethically to provide the most robust, resilient and healthy pups that I can produce, along with fabulous temperaments too. 

The only test that I cannot undertake is the BVA eye test, which checks for cataracts, due to the distance to the nearest BVA eye Vet panellist from me being a 6 hour round trip, as I am unable to drive that distance due to health issues, and would also not wish for any of my pups to have to endure a 6 hour round trip to a vet at such a young age. If you choose to have your pup BVA eye tested with a BVA registered eye panellist within 6 months of purchase, and the results are not clear/unaffected I will provide a full refund of the pup, I have never had any eye issues with any of my Min Schnauzers in all the years that I have kept them and did have them eye tested with clear results when younger.

My original Miniature Schnauzers from UK breeding lines are pedigree dogs and are registered with the UK Kennel Club and also with the Dog World Kennel Club (DWKC) which is an organisation that registers rarer breed colours and patterns. My imported Liver Miniature Schnauzers, also pure pedigree dogs, and my own bred pups kept back for breeding from these imported lines, are registered with the DWKC only, and I have all of their pedigree history going back to their EU and US origins where their parents and grandparents where registered with their respective country's' Kennel Clubs. My Miniature Schnauzer litters are registered with the DWKC and not the UK Kennel Club as they are being sold as companion pets only and not for breeding or show purposes. Each of my Mini Schnauzer pups will leave me with their DWKC registration documentation which includes a transfer of ownership document and Pedigree Certificate. My mixed breed pups are not registered with the KC or DWKC unless kept back by me for my own future breeding plans.
