Litters Due from April 2025 : Miniature Schnauzers, Toy Schnoodles, Boozers, BieChiPoo & Tiny BieChi
I am keeping a Waiting List for my 2025 Litters.
Pregnancies Confirmed: I have a litter of Miniature Schnauzers, Toy Schnoodles (Miniature Schnauzer x Toy Poodle), Boozers (Miniature Schnauzer x Biewer Terrier) and BieChiPoos (Toy Poodle x BieChi) due to be born in April π
Miniature Schnauzer, Toy Schnoodle & Boozer litters planned for Summer/Autumn, Watch this Space! π©
2 x litters of Tiny BieChi (Biewer Terrier x Chihuahua) planned for Summer
1 x F1b Toy Schnoodle (Toy Schnoodle x Miniature Schnauzer) litter planned for the end of the year.
My Miniature Schnauzer litters will include typical schnauzer colours such as Pepper Salt, Black & Silver, Solid Black, Black Abstract, White and hopefully one or two parti pups (mainly white with coloured patches) plus I also will have my rarer chocolate brown (known as Liver in the Schnauzer world) colours such as Solid Liver, Liver & Tan, Liver Pepper and Parti Liver.
Mini Schnauzers are Intelligent, clean, loving and loyal, fabulous companions for single person or families. They are also considered to be hypoallergenic, although I do know some people can be irritated by the slightly harsher coat of the pepper/salt. My schnauzers include my imported USA/EU breeding lines who have a much softer, thicker coat than typical UK bred schnauzers so my pups from those breeding lines are even more suitable for allergy sufferers with their softer coats. My Liver breeding dogs also carry the smaller "toy" lines from the USA, so some of my pups are smaller "toy" sized (ie. UK bred Min Schnauzers average 7-9kg whereas my "toy" Min Schnauzers average 5-6kg)
My Toy Schnoodles (Miniature Schnauzer x Toy Poodle) and F1b Toy Schnoodles (Toy Schnoodle x Miniature Schnauzer) could be a variety of colours from white through to black, with cream, parti, tricolour, sable, fawn etc in between. Toy Schnoodles are Loyal and Empathetic, perfect little therapy dogs, especially good with children who may have confidence issues and need a special pal. And, they have perfect non-shedding coats for allergy sufferers to boot.
I do not breed Merle in any of my dogs. I see Merle as a fatal gene, dangerous if bred by the wrong hands. I am proud to say that none of my dogs, in any breed, carries Merle (DNA Tested clear).
2024 was yet another successful year for my Boozers and there was not a single allergy symptom to them at all from any visitors/new owners, even from severe allergy sufferers, which I am delighted about. People are even starting to recognise them in the street as Boozers, which is fabulous, I am so proud of them. I hope to have blacks and chocolates and tricolours during 2025. They are fabulous little companions, very loving and loyal and friendly. I had a couple of Boozer pups during 2024 go off to their new homes with a view to learning agility, although a small breed, they are robust and solid and it is a fabulous way to help them run off their Biewer energy, they have a huge zest for life.
I have bred for a litter of BieChiPoo pups this year which are due in April (pregnancy confirmed). I had planned to breed my black Toy Poodle Willow to Gin, my Biewer Terrier stud, again this year for a litter of Biewdles, but decided to try her with Nugget, my red brindle BieChi boy. I hope we may have some red or brindle pups in the litter and also some chocolates... I have not tried this mix as yet, but their genetics and health results compliment each other very much and both their coats are hypoallergenic so I am hoping for some lovely, small, hypo-allergenic pups with rich, wavy, glossy coats, a very happy disposition and will be full of love, excitement (and a good old pinch of mischief!) to snuggle on your laps.
I will only have 2 x Tiny BieChi litters during 2025. They could be any colour or pattern but are typically parti (mainly white with black or chocolate patches) but could also be black tricolour or black abstract but I do also breed chocolates, sables and brindles. BieChi are perfect tiny little companions. The longer coated BieChis are hypoallergenic, the smoother coated BieChi that take on the Chihuahua genetics more than the Biewer Terrier (the benefit is that they do not require regular trips to the groomers βοΈ).

Despite all of the testing that I do, I obviously cannot guarantee that a pup will never go on to develop some illness or life debilitating issue, if only we had crystal balls, but I do my darndest to start out with healthy parents and compatible breeding partners to ensure that my pups are going to be as healthy as they possibly can be. If ever I do have any issues with a pup, no matter how small, I will always be totally transparent and honest and will make new owners/potential new owners aware of the issues so that they can make an informed decision on whether or not to proceed with the purchase, or decide if they prefer to choose a different pup or receive their payment back etc. Depending on what the problem is, I will also tend to it myself prior to the pup leaving me (ie. although rare to come across issues, life is life and sometimes things do happen, so, if a puppy were to develop a hernia, for example, I would have this surgically repaired by my vet, at my expense, before the pup leaves me (and will keep the pup until they are fully recovered) and will also reduce the cost of the pup to reflect this, most "breeders" would just plead ignorant and not tell you about it at all, so that you then have to deal with it yourself when your vet discovers it, or some "breeders" do not even know what a hernia is π so would miss it anyway (or would ignore the fact that their vet has found it) again, leaving you to deal with the surgery yourself).
I am located in the South West of Scotland within the very beautiful Dumfries and Galloway countryside.
You can watch videos of many of my previous pups if you check out my YouTube Channel (@sedgysminime) .
Once my pups are born, I periodically add pictures to their own individual photo albums so that new and potential new owners can watch them grow and develop
Please feel free to have a look through some of my previous puppy viewing videos and pictures, https://www.amazon.co.uk/
My Pups are sold as Companion Pets only, and are not for Showing or Breeding purposes, although I am sure would take first prize in any puppy contest they were entered intoπΆ(and some have! π₯°) and some are fabulous on Agility courses too. Some of my pups have also previously gone on to become PAT Therapy dogs as they have such fabulous temperaments, for which I am very proud. One of my little dogs, Heidi, a Biewer Terrier was the Holyrood Dog of the Year 2024 organised by the Kennel Club and The Dogs Trust οΈποΈπΎπ₯°π.
My 2025 Puppy Sales Contracts will include a neutering spay/castration clause to prevent breeding and to protect my blood lines. If you wish to breed from your puppy at a later date, EVEN IF JUST FOR ONE LITTER!!! please advise me of this intention in your Puppy Application Form so that we can discuss this in more detail, Honesty is the best policy!!!
My Priority is Health & Temperament for the Perfect Family Pet
I am a Professional, Qualified & Licensed Dog Breeder with over 25 years experience. I live dogs, I breathe dogs, I love dogs. I jump through hoops to ensure my annual dog breeding establishment licence is passed with flying colours and I take the welfare and ethical breeding of my dogs very seriously, and, for my sins, I am HMRC Registered and I pay my taxes!
I specialise in breeding for pups that will be hypo-allergenic and therefore suitable for people who have allergies to dogs. I am inflicted with animal allergies and I know how frustrating it is, and also know that there is not a great deal of choice and variety when looking for a hypo-allergenic puppy, nor is there a great deal of sympathy or assistance for the allergy sufferer. I have been working with pedigree and mixed breeds for many years now which are suitable for allergy sufferers and I look to help fill that gap! even my mixed breeds are from parents who have undergone thorough DNA testing to ensure that their offspring are not going to develop any nasty health issues, and by studying my DNA results it means that I can partner the parents for the best compatibility in terms of health, conformation, breeding co-efficiency, aswell as coat types, size and temperaments etc.
My Kennel Affix is "SedgysMiniMe", and my Breeding Licence Reference is 001673 "With All My Heart" via the Dumfries and Galloway Council.
I have also been a Licensed Microchip Implanter for many years and all of my pups are microchipped by me before they leave.
Please complete my Puppy Application Form if you are interested in offering one of my pups their new forever home, or if you would like to be considered for my Waiting List for a future pup.
I look forward to hearing from you

Just as a Side Note, something for you to read and ponder and consider...
When you decide that you want to introduce a new puppy into your life, there is no real guidance on what to look for in a puppy or in a good breeder, unless you already know where to look for it, people are not educated on how to find the most perfect puppy, you have to pretty much find this help yourself and it is not easy to look out for, there are many pitfalls, there are facts that you need to be aware of and laws and regulations etc... so it is becoming more and more true that Responsible Breeders are having to educate the potential new puppy owner to guide them to their new treasured, healthy , happy puppy....
If you want to purchase a cheaper puppy, go ahead, you will find plenty out there, and you won't need to fill out any forms, you won't be asked any questions, in fact many "breeders" won't even ask you your name, as many don't care, so PLEASE do beware, are you really just getting a cheaper puppy, or are you getting a long term problem? is your puppy going to be healthy? does the breeder care where their pup is going to end up? will you have any support before/during/after you purchase your new puppy? is the "breeder" Licensed? (did you even know that a dog breeder had to be licensed??) ask yourself this, Would you allow a surgeon to operate on you if they were not licensed? would you allow the bloke down the road to build you an extension if he was not a registered builder? would you allow Fred to install your new gas pipes if he were not a registered gas installer? would you allow Alan to pop along to rewire your house next week if he were not a licensed electrician? would you purchase a house with an unlicensed Solicitor? Well then, why would you think it was acceptable to purchase a living, breathing puppy from an unlicensed, inexperienced so-called breeder who might have a big smile on their face but who really couldn't care less where the puppy is going to so long as you are offering them a wad of notes to line their pocket?
I agree, there are many small breeders who are fabulous, maybe they only breed one or two litters a year, and their dogs are exceptionally well cared for, and the puppies are raised in a clean and happy environment, but, this is purely the tip of the iceberg. How much did they know about the stud before breeding (both medically, mentally and physically?) How much do they really know about their bitch other than that she may be very good with visitors and is well house trained? how much do they know about the nutritional requirements of a pregnant mum-to-be? how this might affect the growing pups inside them? how much do they know about whelping? how involved where they in this process of gestation and whelping? how did they know/what did they do if the pups were born fine or needed assistance or had issues? If somebody is breeding a litter of puppies with a view to selling them (ie. they are not planning on keeping all of the puppies for themselves) then they would be doing their new owners and their puppies a disservice if they do not ensure that everything is researched and undertaken so that they go on to breed a perfect litter of pups that are healthy, strong, robust, sociable and friendly and happy. They should have done their homework, should be ensuring the health and welfare of both parents before even considering breeding them together, and puppies, throughout all the stages of breeding and rearing, and should want to know what kind of homes their pups are going to. There is no such thing as a "Hobby" breeder, whether you breed one litter, or many litters, if you breed, you breed, you are therefore a breeder (unless you are one of the very few who genuinely does breed a litter purely for themselves) so you are breeding with a view to make money, and you can bet your bottom dollar you will make more than £1,000 from that one litter unless something goes very seriously wrong (and it can), and for that reason you should be Licensed (and registered with the HMRC) and your priority should be for the health and welfare of your dog/s and your litter/s. No puppy should be treat any different to any other (ie. why should it be considered acceptable to breed a litter badly, or without specific knowledge, purely because the owner decided they needed some money for a holiday this year?). A "hobby" breeder implies that a person is totally engrossed and excited about their hobby, that they research and learn and want to know as much as they possibly can about their "hobby" . But the sad truth is that they are just using the term "hobby breeder" to hide behind so that they can get out of licensing and paying taxes, and if they want to evade rules and regulations, then what else are they not doing (worming? flea protection? health tests? microchipping? vet checks? vaccinations? nutritional needs? socialisation? etc etc etc..? ) their dogs are being used purely as cash cows to fund their next holiday or their electricity bill and the dog and the pups are pretty much left on their own to get on with it. And OK, everybody has to earn a living somehow, times are hard, and a little side hustle is no big deal, people have been breeding their dogs for many many years, so why should anybody care? but how can this be allowed? so-called breeders are literally just assuming that because their little Suzy is cute and loves all the visitors that come to their house, that they should be bred from so the love can be shared, and Jim down the road has a similar size dog and he is cute too, so hey! they will make lovely pups together!!! just stick 'em together for half an hour, and let 'em get on with it, they will just have the pups through the night whilst I am on night shift, we can split the income 70/30, go on to have a fab family hollibob, dog will go to the kennels, job done.... But how can this be allowed? breeding like this is done at the expense of a dogs' life? a puppies' life, many puppies' life's, it becomes a new owners' heartache when things go wrong and they do not have a leg to stand on because the breeder disappears or denies all knowledge or refuses to answer their phone/email/WhatsApp etc.... Why should the future life of a puppy be used for that purpose? are you willing to take on a puppy whose health has not been taken into consideration? whose happy future was not considered when you handed your money over? future health and enjoyment is of no consideration to a backstreet "hobby" breeder who just calls themself a "hobby" breeder so that they can evade licensing and paying their taxes. They have no care for the dogs they breed, no thought about the health of the litter, they are probably not even at home when the pups are born, it is very possible that they did not even breed the litter of pups (they could be being imported on demand), why would you fund these practices? are they even experienced? are their dogs health tested? vaccinated? wormed and flea protected? microchipped (ALL puppies must be microchipped by 8 weeks of age and registered on a compliant Database by the time the puppy is 8 weeks of age, by LAW!)? does the "breeder" know anything about the health or temperament of the stud dog they used? do they even care? does the "breeder" know anything about the welfare/care/nutrient requirements of the mother during gestation, whelp, lactation to hep produce a healthy, robust and sturdy litter? does the "breeder" know anything about the worming, flea protection, microchip, vaccination requirements of their puppies? does the "breeder" understand anything about dew claws, hernias, testicles, jaw bite, socialisation, ethical breeding? does the breeder ask the potential purchaser any questions? do they even care what your name is let alone ask about the homelife that you are offering to their pup? so long as they get cash do they care where their puppy is going to? does the "breeder" pay their taxes for all the puppies they breed? (it is law! if you earn a profit of at least £1,000 from dog breeding in a 12 month period, you MUST declare this to the HMRC! regardless of how many litters you breed, even if you only breed one litter). There is A LOT MORE to dog breeding than somebody just thinking that it is so easy to put that cute little dog owned by Jim down the road to their cute little Suzy just because they think she is special, to earn a few quid for their holiday this year. Please think about it first........
