To say I am as proud as a peacock of little Heidi would be an understatement.
I bred Heidi in 2022, she is a Biewer Terrier and she went off happily to live with her new mum Debra. Well, Debra recently let me know that Heidi had been crowned the Holyrood Dog of the Year 2024.
The competition is organised by the Kennel Club and the Dogs Trust, and is held each year at the Scottish parliaments' Members gardens in Edinburgh. It is an event that is in its' 6th year, and celebrates the unique bond between humans and their canine companions and the positive impact that dog ownership can bring into our lives.

I am SO SO proud of you Heidi, well done special little girl, and a fabulous achievement for your mum Debra too.
